After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your download link. If you created an account, you can also log in to access your files.

❓ What is a PLR planner?

PLR stands for Private Label Rights. This means you can edit, rebrand, and sell the product as your own. You cannot resell the Canva link or claim authorship of the original design.

❓ Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

❓ Where can I edit the PLR files?

All PLR products come with a Canva link. You can customize everything directly in Canva—even if you’re a beginner.

❓ Are the planners compatible with tablets or iPads?

Yes! All digital planners are compatible with devices like iPads, Android tablets, and Windows tablets. You just need a PDF annotation app (e.g., Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo).

❓ Can I print the planners?

Yes. Even though they are designed for digital use, all PDF files can be printed if you prefer writing by hand on paper.

❓ Can I use the planners on multiple devices?

Yes. Once downloaded, you can use the planners on all your personal devices, as long as they are not shared with others.

❓ How long do I have to download the files?

Download links do not expire. Once you purchase a product, it’s yours forever.

❓ Will I receive anything in the mail?

No. All Elev8Plan products are digital downloads, so nothing will be physically shipped to you.

❓ What happens after I purchase?

You’ll receive an email with your download link (PDF and/or Canva). If you created an account, you can also log in to access your files.

❓ I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us using the email address in the store footer and we’ll resend your files.

Make sure you have a current PDF reader (like Adobe Reader, Goodnotes, Notability, etc.). If you still have issues, feel free to contact us.

❓ Do I need special software to use the products?

No. You only need a PDF reader for personal use planners. For PLR products, you’ll need a free Canva account to customize them.
